How much does one 20L bag hold?
Roughly 20 items of everyday clothing: think 5 t-shirts, 2 hoodies, 2 pairs of jeans, underwear and socks for a week. Bulky items like jackets and towels compress the most.
Do I need a vacuum cleaner?
No. The pump is built into the bag and runs on a USB-C rechargeable battery, so you can compress at home, in a hotel or at the airport.
Can I take it through airport security in my carry-on?
Yes. The battery is well below TSA lithium limits and the pump has a protective safety cap. Travellers fly with Stoiq in hand luggage every day.
How many times can I compress per charge?
Up to 15 compressions per charge. A USB-C cable is included and it charges from any phone charger or laptop port.
Will my clothes crease?
Fold or roll as you normally would. Because the bag holds everything tight, clothes move less in transit than they do loose in a case. Hang anything delicate when you arrive.
How do the free gift and free shipping work?

Is it waterproof?
Yes. Once zipped and compressed the bag is sealed, so spills, rain and wet swimwear stay on the outside.
What if it does not work for me?
You have 30 days from delivery to return it. Unused items with their tags and packaging get a full refund; change-of-mind returns carry a 20% restocking fee and return postage. Faulty items are always replaced or refunded in full.
How does the lifetime warranty work?
If the zip, valve or pump fails in normal use, email support with your order number and a short video and we replace it. No registration needed.
